Several commonly used dust remover in the production of refractories

In the production of refractories, it is very important for airtight equipment. It can reduce the dust content in the air greatly, but it is impossible to seal the dusting equipment absolutely. Especially when the positive pressure is present in the closed enclosure, the dust will escape from the tiny crevices of the closed hood. Therefore, only by relying on the source of the closed dust is not enough, we must constantly absorb a certain amount of gas from the airtight cover, so that the airtight cover can maintain negative pressure, so that the dust will not escape from the hood. It is called dust removal from the process of separating dust gas from the closed cover and separating the dust gas into dust ash and clean gas.

The production equipments of refractory plant, such as grinder, sieving machine, brick press, etc., are usually equipped with dust suction hood and suction nozzle, and dust containing air is collected and separated into various dedusting units through the dust removal pipeline. The following factors should be considered when setting the dust cover and suction nozzle on the dust lifting equipment.

(1) the dust hood is set at the point of dust occurrence as far as possible, but should not be prevented from operating as a principle.

(2) the position of the dust cover should be in accordance with the direction of dust emission.

(3) the shape of the dust hood should conform to the working conditions and the state of the dust.

For example, in the press molding process (such as weighing, filling, brick and tile) there will be dust produced, therefore, in the press brick die set 2~4 on both sides of the air suction nozzle, will greatly reduce the pressure of brick dust. Other such as dry milling machine, screening machine suction device. The commonly used dust removal equipment in the refractory factory have the following several kinds:

(1) a cyclone duster using centrifugal force. The dust gas is rotated in the cyclone dust collector, and the dust is separated from the gas and discharged from the outlet under the action of centrifugal force.

The cyclone dust collector has the advantages of simple structure, cheap price and high dust removal efficiency (up to 70~80%). Especially for the dust size, dust concentration high dust gas, good dust removing effect. Therefore, it is widely used in the production of refractory materials. But the deduster has a bad effect on the dust separation effect of the particle size below 5 microns.

(2) the bag type dust collector is a relatively large dusting equipment. In recent years, this kind of dust collector has been used more and more in the refractory plant. Its advantages are high dust removal efficiency, up to 95%, and high concentration range of dust laden gas, ranging from several mg / M 3 to thousands of mg / M 3, and the smallest dust particle size can reach 0.1 microns. Therefore, it is the ideal dust removal equipment in the production of refractory materials.

The basic principle of the bag filter is that the dust containing gas enters the dust collector from the intake port, and the dust is left on the outer surface of the filter bag through the filter bag, and the net gas is discharged from the exhaust port.

When the bag filter begins to work, there is less dust on the outer surface of the filter bag, so it is easy to pass the gas through the filter bag. But with the surface dust in the bag outside the gas bag increases, increased by the resistance effect of dust will be affected to a certain degree, therefore need to adopt various methods to shake off the dust on the filter, in order to ensure the normal gas by. At present, more electromagnetic controllers or mechanical controllers are used to make compressed air run through the venturi tube to the inside of the filter bag for an instant (usually 0.1 seconds) injection (called pulse), which causes the filter bag to expand outward and cause the dust to fall off. The electromagnetic valve control is usually called electromagnetic pulse, and the mechanical control is called the mechanical pulse. These two kinds of pulse bag filter are used in China's refractory factory.

(3) air rotary dust collector. The image of the dust collector is placed in a cylinder. A special guide vane is in the cylinder, dust containing gas from the entrance to the tangential direction into the dust, several times around the horizontal axis rotary dust by centrifugal force and is separated from the cylinder wall; the water in the barrel bottom, with water and gas motion in the cylinder wall to form water film and dip set are separated from the dust, the remaining dust with the gas movement, to the abrupt change of direction, and is immersed in water. After several cycles, the dedusting eye can be reached.

This dust remover used in dust particle size of 5 microns above the gas containing dust high removal efficiency; if used in dust containing gas dust particles in 1 microns dust, in the air rotary dust collector at the entrance, the first spray particle agglutination, and dust, can improve the efficiency of dust removal. The dust separator has been separated from the dust collector. It has become a suspension slurry, which brings difficulties to dust recovery. Besides, the dust collector can not be used to separate the hydraulic dust.

There are many kinds of dust removal equipment, in addition to the above several, there are foam dust remover, dust chamber and the development of electrostatic precipitator in recent years. It is usually selected according to the production conditions and the requirements of the dust removal.
