1. electrostatic precipitator

The manufacturing, installation and operation management level is high.

The dust removal efficiency is very high, can reach more than 99.98%, adaptable, can handle different types of particles, in particular are effective for the electrostatic precipitator is hard to collect high resistivity dust; adaptation of the concentration range, change of velocity of flue gas has certain stability, simple structure, no complicated internal structure.

How to choose a dust collector
1. use temperature
For bag filter, its temperature depends on two factors. The first is the highest temperature of the filter material. The second is that the gas temperature must be above the dew point temperature. At present, the maximum usage temperature of glass fiber filter material is up to 280 degrees. The cooling measures must be taken for the gas above this temperature. The heating measures must be taken for the temperature below the dew point.

For bag filter, the relationship between the service temperature and the efficiency of the duster is not obvious. This is different from the electrostatic precipitator. For the electrostatic precipitator, the change of temperature will affect the specific resistance of the dust and so on, which will affect the efficiency of the dust collector.

2. deduster's handling capacity (Q)
The treatment of air volume refers to the volume of the deduster to purify the gas in a unit time. The unit is m3 per hour or m3 per hour. It is one of the most important factors in the design of bag type dust remover.
